The reseller opportunity requires our partners to market and sell High Speed Internet and Telephone services to tenants in apartment buildings in their territories. Our exceptional wholesale pricing, product offerings and quality of service, makes Building Technologies an easy sell.
Building Technologies contracts with apartment building owners for long term access to market our services in their buildings. We target buildings with at least 250 apartment units, which will offer a higher revenue potential. We then offer our resellers exclusive rights to market our services in those buildings for the full term of the agreement and renewals thereafter.
Building Technologies offers multiple building opportunities to each reseller to increase their earnings potential.
The Building Technologies Partnership
What we do:
- Install state of the art equipment
- Establish all of the necessary infrastructure
- Bring fiber into the building
- Use the existing Bell copper cable to deliver the services to the apartment suites
- Handle all on-site repairs
- Manage all installations
- Provide the maintenance and upgrades of the equipment
- Deliver Tier 2 supports and
- Supply the billing platform
Building Technologies also arranges for the financing of the equipment that will be installed in the building.
The reseller is responsible for:
- Sales and marketing
- Order and cancellation entries (through our web portal)
- Scheduling installations of new customers
- Customer support
- Billing
- The Landlord's payments on the equipment
- The building owners' commission on the revenue
Marketing involves setting up a kiosk in the lobby and handing out flyers to existing tenants in the lobby and under their doors. You can also conduct meetings, bake sales, or use your creativity! We will supply branded "A Suite Offer" collateral material and paraphernalia.
Promotional material can be displayed in the elevators, laundry rooms, and lobby and rental office. A solid rapport should be developed with the rental agents or superintendents to market to new tenants moving in. Also, resellers can pre-sell to the building before any equipment is installed to increase sales at start up of services. This is something every tenant needs!
