We then supply all the services to property owners at wholesale cost and Building Technologies works off a 10% royalty on the revenues.

Landlords can choose their own retail price and can either include the services in the tenant's lease or have Building Technologies bill their tenants, collect and remit the monthly proceeds to them. Landlords can even offer the services free as rental incentives to their tenants. Tenants love the convenience of having the landlord providing the services thereby giving them a competitive edge. Also the landlord benefits from using these services themselves, offsetting expensive commercial retail charges that they are paying presently.

Investment Funds

Building Technologies will set up an investment fund for property owners that want to take advantage of capitalizing on the value of their subscribers. Property owners are pooled together and when the total subscriber base in the fund reaches a certain size then Building Technologies will redeem their subscribers for $3,000 per subscriber. So if a property owner reaches a subscriber base of 1000 then they can sell those customers for $3,000,000.

Revenue Share

Building Technologies Building Technologies offers owners of Multi Residential and Commercial Properties a revenue share of 10% in exchange for an access agreement that allows us to install our equipment and market our services to their tenants. No equipment purchase or investment is required.
