Apartment and Condominium Buildings

Building Technologies provides home phone and Internet services to the residents of apartment and condominium buildings by offering owners of apartment buildings and condominium buildings a revenue share of 10% in exchange for an access agreement that allows us to install our equipment and market our services to their tenants. No equipment purchase or investment is required.

Building Technologies then markets to the residents in the buildings through franchises. A franchisee can either be the building owners themselves or an independent business person who will market Building Technologies services in the franchised building.
