We bring fiber into your building and set up our state of the art equipment in the Telco closet. We then use the existing Bell copper cable in your building to deliver the services to the resident rooms at our own cost and then charge you the wholesale price for those services. You the Institution then mark up the cost of those services and include them in your resident's lease or bill along with the utilities, appliances, parking and anything else that is now included. Building Technologies provides the Institution with "quality of service guarantees in writing".

We bill your tenants directly for additional charges for long distance, equipment purchases or rentals such as modems and larger download usage.

Hotels

Hotels have a preferred advantage of being the sole provider of short term services to their residents / guests. However, many hotels include these services for free so it is important that the costs for these services are as low as possible.

It's simple and in return, Building Technologies charges a wholesale price on these services to the Hotel operators which is the lowest in the market.
