Office and Industrial Buildings

Office and industrial buildings have a great advantage because their tenants pay commercial rates for phone and high speed internet. In addition, they have to pay for costly PBX equipment and or network equipment.

Building Technologies installs our equipment in the central telco room of the building and then can supply phone and high speed internet to the tenants in the building using a regular phone and modem. This saves tenants from having to purchase expensive network and PBX equipment. Building Technologies service also works with the network and PBX equipment of the tenant if that is what they are presently using.

The price to office and industrial building owners is our same stanard pricing so the mark ups to their customers would be significantly higher then to residential customers.
